2024 Uncoastal Social – A Night of Style, Networking, and Inspiration

Photographing the 2024 Uncoastal Social was such a fun experience! Hosted by the Home Builders Association of Greater Des Moines, this event was the perfect mix of stylish homes, great people, and lively casino energy. It had everything—networking, entertainment, and incredible spaces that made it a dream to photograph.

A Photographer’s Dream

From the elegant venue to the high-energy casino tables, every detail made for amazing moments. But what really caught my eye? The homes from the 2024 HomeShowExpo. As I captured the details of these beautifully designed spaces, I found myself thinking… should I be doing more real estate photography? There’s just something about photographing stunning interiors and architecture that’s incredibly satisfying.

Fun Fact: Is There a Prize for This?

Speaking of home shows—fun fact—I’ve actually lived in three different Home Show homes in my life! Does that qualify me for some kind of award? Maybe "Lifetime Home Show VIP"? Either way, it’s given me a special appreciation for the craftsmanship and creativity that go into these homes.
